UNIQUE'S compliance experts will be there at production centers to match and verify the specifications which are agreed by Buyer and the Seller against product that comes out of the factory.

Subjective evaluation called attribute characteristics of consumer product's inspection can be conducted according to ISO / ASQC / ANSI / MIL STD standards and 10 point and 4 point System for Greige/Finished Fabrics of woven/knitted varieties.or any other specified standards.

UNIQUE'S experts will compare above list of attributes against the product that factory produces. This might include stage wise verification or final verification (FRI) or as summarised below :

PPI - Pre Production Inspection

This Inspection shall be performed on the size set. It include verification of garments for size measurement conformity against specified measurement and the workmanship quality.

IPI - Initial Production Inspection

This Inspection shall be performed at the initial stage of production where 20 to 50 pieces are ready and verified against basic product specification, like measurement and workmanship.

MPI - Mid Production Inspection

This Inspection shall be performed at the stage of production where 30 to 50% of the ordered quantity covering all colours and sizes are ready and see that initial discrepancies have been rectified and corrective measures has been implemented and also checked for measurement and workmanship.

FRI - Final Random Inspection

This Inspection shall be performed at the end of production where the goods are ready for shipment in fully packed condition as per contractual requirement. Random inspection shall be performed according to international standards like ISO / ASQC / ANSI / MIL STD etc.

Production Monitoring

This service includes the combination of PPI, IPI, MPI, FRI as appropriate.

Stuffing and Loading Supervision

Our supervisor will witness the stuffing of goods into the container and container loading, where more importance will be given for physical status of the goods like No. of cartons or packages stuffed, damaged packages if any, condition of the container and it's identification and sealing etc with an identification of what is being shipped.
